Kundalini Yoga Classes
“Due to an acute episode of illness I decided to enroll myself on a six week course for Kundalini Yoga with Jerry to help aid my recovery. It had been over twenty years since I last attended a yoga class, so I did not know what to expect (stand on my head and wrap my legs around my neck), but NO this a gentle, graceful, meditative type of yoga, concentrating on the breath and specific postures. I feel energised and well-rested at the same time after a class and practically float home!
I would recommend Jerry’s classes to anyone who is interested in slow concentrated postures, meditation (lots of it!!), and a feeling of not being rushed through a class with too many postures.

I have attended Jerry’s Kundalini Yoga class, and find it fantastic! Having tried different Yoga classes over time, I am very happy to have found a class like this one, with a wonderful, kind and attentive teacher. Jerry leads us into a mindful Yoga, with breathing and physical exercises to help us relax, before we do meditation. I love this aspect of the class, as I feel very relaxed for days after attending the class!
I have absolutely loved doing Kundalini Yoga. Not only is it a beautiful practice but it’s helped me connect to my body in new and positive ways. Living with a chronic pain condition makes physical activity challenging but Jerry made the practice so accessible. I couldn’t possibly recommend Jerry more highly.
